The security director wanted a IP-based surveillance solution to capture video feeds of four doors that the company's employees enter and exit regularly. SkyNet Security Systems implemented a 4-camera and 8-channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) solution for this client. To ensure at least 30 days of recording time, we provided 1000GB of hard drive storage. SkyNet Security Systems NVR's all have a motion-activated recording feature, which triggers recording only when an object of a predetermined size is detected by the surveillance cameras. We provided the client with an IP address, user names, and passwords which allowed them to access their surveillance system in real-time remotely. The 8-channel DVR gives the client the option to upgrade their system with up to 4 more cameras if needed.

The store manager wanted a surveillance solution that would deter theft, provide court documentation in case of theft, monitor employee productivity, and ensure employee safety. This client was looking for a solution to provide at least 60 days of recording time, capture close up images of customers as they enter the store, comprehensive video surveillance of the entire store, and DVR software that would allow for easy navigation and video analytics.
