Maintenance and Support

Every system provided by Chicago CCTV comes standard with 1 Year Warranty on parts and labor. Also, after the initial installation, around 30 days later, we come a send a technician who is going to perform the following:

• Camera tuning and adjustment for clarity
• Tuning sensiticity factors for proper motion detection
• Adjust masking to eliminate over-recording
• Review recording history for proper night vision and motion detection
• System settings tuning for improved performance

We recommend these procedures every 6 months, or depending on the need, to maximize the performance of your system.
